In the terrifying video game series Five Nights At Freddy's, the player assumes the role of a nighttime security guard at the pizzeria and arcade owned by Freddy Fazbear. The film rights have been purchased by Warner Bros.
The Five Nights at Freddy's series kicked off in 2014 with the release of the first game in the series. After that, a total of 13 FNAF games were released. There are nine regular storylines and four spin-offs. Throughout these 13 games, players have had numerous chances to learn important backstory information about the real world beyond the animatronics and CCTV.
